Haven't had my surgery yet. Preparing myself with some products to make life easier after surgery. This books looks fantastic and easy to follow. I'm sure it will be a huge asset to help me get on track and stay on track.

This is an excellent book. Covers everything you need to know about the various weight loss surgeries on offer, the diet required post op, troubleshooting etc. explains all about vitamins, and vitamin supplements and why they are needed. The book is full of really yummy sounding recipes for the liquid, purée, soft, and regular food stages. I am pre op and have found this book really amazing. I would highly recommend this book to others.
