ORDER INFORMATION

Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details please email us ASAP at support@bnmulti.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We offer a 100% money back Guarantee on all bn Family products. That is products created for or manufactured by bnmulti. ie bn Chews, bn Caps, bn Fibre, bn Cal.

However, we cannot provide the same guarantee for Non - bn products as we did not create or manufacture them. We think they are great products however we can only provide the same guarantee as they provide for their own products.

For non bn products to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

All returns must include a completed Returns Form.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will be issued with a refund or replacement product will be sent out to you free.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

At BNmulti, we pride ourselves on hand checking every item and thoroughly inspecting all goods before they are mailed to you. 

If you find any issues or faults with your items, please email us at  support@bnmulti.com with an image of your item so we can manage faults with our manufacturer and work out the best way to rectify the problem.

Blenders - Warranty 3 months.

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

AFTERPAY

You may return any items you are not satisfied with as per our returns policy. When waiting for your item to be returned to our Warehouse please continue to pay your Afterpay  payments.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible the cost of postage/shipping when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please consider using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number for your own records as well as including it on the returns form. We are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels.

  

SECURITY CHECKS

You may be required to verify your account if our online support team contacts you. Remember this is for your benefit, to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another person's card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the Australian Federal Police.
