Berry Chocolate Protein Sorbet

5 minutes, easy prep, 5 ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 25g Chocolate Flavoured Protein Powder we suggest Formulite.

Top with yogurt (5% protein) and crunchy muesli to taste

  • Pop all ingredients in the blender and blitz to a sorbet like consistency is formed.
  • Place one serving into a small bowl, top with yoghurt and muesli and you're good to go  keeps well in the fridge
  • A great brekky, or between-meal snack that will boost your protein intake by about 20g
