- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 25g Chocolate Flavoured Protein Powder we suggest Formulite.
Top with yogurt (5% protein) and crunchy muesli to taste
Pop all ingredients in the blender and blitz to a sorbet like consistency is formed.
- Place one serving into a small bowl, top with yoghurt and muesli and you're good to go keeps well in the fridge
