1 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
25g BN Multi-Protein Powder (about 20g protein) or Choc Protein Powder
Top with yogurt (5% protein) and crunchy muesli to taste
Pop all ingredients in the blender and blitz to a sorbet like consistency is formed.
