Spoons for Thought by Justine Hawke / Sally Johnston
'To make positive changes to our diet we must first understand the foods we are eating.
Spoons for Thought provides a simple visual guide to identify the fat and sugar hidden in many of the foods we eat each day. Spoons for Thought offer practical solutions to improve our health and wellbeing, without depriving us of a variety of delicious foods.
Spoons for Thought helps us make sense of the food we eat. With over 250 photos of real foods and the teaspoons of fat and sugar they contain, we can make simple dietary changes to become healthier, feel good and reduce weight.
Spoons for Thought does not tell us what not to eat, but rather provides practical ideas on improving our food choices.'
This excellent book is not only relevant for weight loss, but also for heart disease and diabetes.
An informative book. If they do another edition can more foods be included and could the Spoons be bigger and easier to differentiate from each other ? Can i get an email if this happens and i will buy it. Well done.
