To be a food prep master you need a PLAN
- Get your hands on a BN Multi Weekly Meals, Snacks and Shopping LIst Planner https://bnmulti.com/products/healthy-eating-planner
- Collect a range of recipes for meals and snacks you’d like to enjoy throughout the next week (Print these form the BN Multi free recipe downloads available on the website LINK )
- Write the name of the meal you’ll be having for Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner each day of the week (be repetitive if you want - it's not an offense to eat the same breakfast one week at a time!)
Make a list of all of the ingredients you’ll need on our BN weekly meal planner to make each of the meals
5. Add anything else you need, like fruit and veg, or household items to your list
6. OFF YOU GO TO THE SHOPS…..
7. Once you have all your goodies, Cook your meals all at once, or prepare as much as you can ahead of time to take the load off during the week
